Information Technology Due Diligence: I Can Help You
During my many years of working in Information Technology, I've developed a great deal of IT due diligence experience by doing IT due diligence for over twenty acquisitions in the United States, Canada, the U.K. and Switzerland.
If you want help with your IT due diligence or in implementing the concepts in my white papers and articles, I would be glad to provide assistance. Here are some of the ways I can help you:
- Evaluate your current approach to IT due diligence (either in person or by reviewing documents you send me) to offer suggestions for improvement
- Lead interactive training sessions with your senior executives and managers to help them understand the steps in doing appropriate IT due diligence
- Work side-by-side with your executive team in doing IT due diligence for your company
- Assess the effectiveness of your IT due diligence on an ongoing basis, with periodic (annual, semi-annual or quarterly) reviews
My rates are very reasonable considering the level of expertise I provide, typically $1000 - $2000 per day (depends on the situation) plus any travel expenses required.
If you're interested in pursuing this further, or if you just want to discuss possibilities, please give me a call at the phone number shown on the left side of this page.

Harwell has worked for major companies, including Digital Equipment Corporation (now part of Hewlett-Packard) and Ceridian Corporation (originally called Control Data Corporation). He's done technology due diligence for over twenty corporate acquisitions in the United States, Canada, the U.K., and Switzerland.
